Skills Surgery

On completion of any training project, it is important to offer continual support to employees that have completed a training programme. It is for this reason that Bus Stop Training provides a Skills Surgery offering employees support on specific areas of their working documents.

This gives users face to face support with the trainer by means of drop in sessions designed to deal with any specific issues that may arise from actual working documents, such as which formula to use in order to get the required result on an Excel worksheet?

Prior to their attendance, the trainer will drop each person an email asking for an overview of the problem to help the trainer offer a diagnosis during their one to one session.

Each Skills Surgery is booked on a daily basis; and includes a timetable outlining to the attendees their appointment date and time.

Our Skills Surgery can be delivered:
